Everything folks ask before they saddle up — pricing, access, weather, dogs, and the app. Tap a question; one opens at a time so you never lose your place.
We're locally owned in Farmington and serve Davis, Weber, and Morgan Counties — Farmington, Kaysville, Layton, Bountiful, Centerville, Clearfield, Syracuse, Ogden, Roy, Morgan, Mountain Green, and more. Start an instant quote to confirm your address.
Weekly service is $17/visit with your first dog included; every-other-week is $24/visit; a one-time deep clean is $79. Add $4/visit per additional dog. Recurring plans are one flat monthly bill — $73.67/mo weekly, $52.00/mo every-other-week — the same amount every month. Your exact price shows during the instant quote.
Simple math, no surprises: your per-visit price times 52 rides a year (26 for every-other-week), divided by 12 months. That means the bill is identical in a 4-ride month and a 5-ride month. It's billed monthly on the day your service started — same date every month — and your card isn't charged until your first ride. If you skip a ride — or we miss one that's on us — the full visit value is automatically credited to your next bill. Weather or holiday delays just carry over: the Cowboy pulls double duty next visit at no extra charge.
Never. No contracts, no commitments, cancel anytime. We earn your business one visit at a time.
We run first-cleanup promotions from time to time — check the homepage for what is running right now. Either way there is no contract and you can cancel anytime.
The Turd Cowboy himself reaches out within one business day to introduce himself and confirm your yard details, gate plan, and your dogs' names. We're building routes street by street — we'll keep you posted and confirm your service day and time in the coming weeks. Nothing is charged until your first visit is scheduled and confirmed with you.
After your first visit — nope. As long as we can access the yard you never have to be home, and you'll get an on-the-way alert plus a photo of your closed gate when we're done. But we do ask you to be there for the first ride: show us the yard, introduce the dogs, and confirm the gate plan. It's ten extra minutes that makes every visit after run perfectly.
We love dogs — it's why we do this. Part of the on-the-way text is your cue to bring dogs inside, but if you can't, or your pup is friendly and won't jump incessantly, they're welcome to stay out. During your first couple of weeks we intentionally plan extra time around you and your dog so every future visit goes smoothly — you're welcome to be there for the first visit or two if you'd like your dogs outside while we work. For everyone's safety, please secure any dog that's shy, feisty, or protective, and tell us about any bite history up front.
We need access on your service day. If a gate is locked or blocked, we'll notify you; the visit is skipped without credit, since there's double the work next time. Ask us about a loaner combination lock.
Yes — your secured gate AND your happy dog, after every visit. It's the Turd Cowboy standard.
Fresh bag for every yard, tools and boots sanitized between properties. Your yard never shares anything with anyone else's.
With your permission, every visit. Tell us about allergies and we'll note the account.
A free health heads-up, every visit. Your technician sees your dog's waste more often than anyone — if something looks off (consistency, color, worms), you get a note. It's not a veterinary diagnosis, just an early flag from a second set of eyes. Irregular waste is often the first visible sign of a health issue.
Our six-month loyalty reward: a 3D-printed Turd Cowboy badge tag for every dog in your yard — name on the front, custom QR on the back. Anyone who finds a wandering dog scans it with any phone and lands on a page that connects them straight to you. Free, one per dog, earned at six months of active service.
Dogs go year-round, so we do too. If snow buries the evidence or conditions turn unsafe, we may skip that week and catch everything on the next visit as it melts — we don't chip frozen waste out of ice.
Rain or shine. Severe weather (heavy snow, lightning, extreme temps) may push or skip a visit for safety; skipped visits aren't credited because we clean double the next time.
Absolutely — 24–48 hours' notice and we'll skip and adjust.
If your day lands on a holiday we observe, we shift or skip that week and tell you in advance.
Card securely on file — nothing is charged until your first visit is scheduled and confirmed with you. Then it's one flat monthly bill, the same every month, with full history in the app. No surprises, ever.
100% satisfaction. Miss a spot? Tell us within 24 hours and we re-scoop free — or credit the visit.
