What you give us at signup (name, address, contact info, dog details), service records (visit times, gate/yard/dog photos), and payment details processed by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers.
To schedule and perform service, send service messages, bill you, and improve the operation. Photos are service records delivered to your account.
We don't sell your data. Ever. We don't share it except with the processors that make the service run (payments, messaging).
Service messages come with the service; marketing messages only if you opt in, and you can opt out anytime (STOP for texts, unsubscribe link for email).
Want your data corrected or deleted? Ask and we'll take care of it.
