What you give us at signup (name, service address, phone number, email, dog details), service records (visit times, gate/yard/dog photos), and payment details processed by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers.
To schedule and perform service, send you service messages about your account, bill you, and improve the operation. Photos are service records delivered to your account.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile number and your consent to receive text messages stay with Turd Cowboy.
Phone numbers are shared only with the service providers that make our messaging work (our messaging carrier and our scheduling system), solely so we can deliver messages to you. Those providers may not use your number for their own marketing.
You give us your mobile number when you request a quote or start service, and you choose whether to receive text messages by checking the consent box at signup. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing service.
Message frequency varies with your service schedule — typically 4 to 10 messages per month for weekly customers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS Terms.
We don't sell your data. Ever. We don't share it except with the processors that make the service run (payments, messaging, scheduling), and only so they can perform that work for us.
Service email comes with the service; marketing email only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe anytime from any message.
Want your data corrected or deleted, or want to know what we have? Ask and we'll take care of it. Opting out of texts does not cancel your service — it just stops the messages.
Our service isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
