Turd Cowboy Service Alerts.

What the program is

Turd Cowboy sends text messages to customers about their pet waste removal service: appointment confirmations, on-the-way alerts, visit-complete notices with your gate photo, schedule changes, weather delays, billing and payment notices, and replies to questions you send us.

How you opt in

You can join the program in either of these ways:

• By checking the box giving consent to receive text messages when you request a quote or start service at turdcowboy.com/signup. The box is not pre-checked, and consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• By texting SCOOP to (385) 220-4306.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and account activity. Weekly customers typically receive 4 to 10 messages per month. Every-other-week customers typically receive 2 to 5.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Turd Cowboy does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. You can also email howdy@turdcowboy.com or call us. Opting out of texts does not cancel your service.

To rejoin later, text START or SCOOP to (385) 220-4306, or ask us.

Supported carriers

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Changes

We may update these terms with notice on this page. Continued participation means acceptance.
